		M&E Consultancy Services 
		– We can provide advice to developers and the like on suitable M&E 
		systems prior to specification writing.  
        
		Load Analysis 
		– We analyze the existing or proposed loads of a building in order to 
		determine the extent power supply requirements. 
		
		Applications – We 
		carry out all liaising and completion of documentation required to allow 
		installation of suitable electrical power supply.  
		Manage 
		– Working closely with the Statutory Authority and developer/builder, we 
		manage the installation of the new power supplies, and/or the removal of  
		redundant supplies. 
        
		Power Quality Analysis 
		– We set up our recording equipment to analyze the fundamental, and up 
		to the 12th Harmonic line current. From the recorded data we can advise 
		and manage any works that may be required to assist in the reduction of 
		over-heating in cabling and switchgear, and glitches in power supplies 
		throughout buildings. 
        
		Feasibility Reports 
		– We survey existing buildings and provide advice and budget costs on 
		any proposed M&E works.  
        
		Condition Reports 
		– We survey existing buildings and provide advice on the condition of 
		any existing systems, and provide budget costs on rectification works if 
		required to meet current standards. 
        
		Dilapidation Reports 
		– We review the original Terms of Lease and provide advice on any alterations or degradations present at the end of lease. 
        
		Checking Role 
		– If appointed directly to the 
		developer we can review and make comment on M&E sub-contractor drawings 
		and calculations, in line with specifications and current standards. 
        
		This service can also be 
		provided to M&E sub-contractors, prior to submission of drawings and 
		calculation files to the clients checking consultant. 
        
		Clerk of Works 
		– Appointed directly to the developer we carry out the Clerk of Works 
		role, highlighting any deviation from Specification or Construction status drawings, and 
		indicate the general progress of the works. 
        
		General 
		– In instances where 
		developer/landlords do not have a maintenance team, we provide a 
		reactive service to identify and manage any rectification works required 
		on most Mechanical and electrical building services systems.
